The professional will be responsible for assisting in the development of new products and improvements to existing products, always aiming at customer satisfaction and process optimization. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for developing new products and reformulating existing product lines, meeting development requests while adhering to company policies and current legislation. + Develop and approve new raw materials and suppliers through laboratory analyses, relevant documentation, and compliance with current legislation. + Prepare technical documentation for developed products and processes, as well as for materials involved in the production process. + Communicate with the supply chain (suppliers, contractors, customers, consumers, and statutory or regulatory authorities) regarding any information impacting food safety. + Keep the Procurement department updated on approved raw material/packaging suppliers. + Monitor industrial trials of raw materials previously approved in the laboratory. + Conduct sensory evaluation panels for products and raw materials under development to assess product acceptance and/or preference. + Send samples of products under development to external laboratories for analysis. + Prepare approval and/or rejection reports for raw materials and suppliers. + Apply raw materials for supporting analyses during the quality control receiving process. + Collect samples and perform first-receiving analyses of approved raw materials and packaging. + Prepare, review, and correct labeling statements. + Analyze shelf-life samples from the first production batch of new products, or monitor new packaging configurations. + Interact with suppliers via personal visits, phone calls, or e\-mail. + Develop corrective adjustments for non-conforming product formulations, monitoring their resolution. + Archive records of analyses. + Register product structures in the SAP system. + Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or related fields * Previous experience in product development, preferably in the technology sector * Knowledge of agile product development methodologies * Ability to work in teams and autonomously manage projects * Strong communication and negotiation skills **Benefits** -------------- * Dental care * Parking * Meal allowance * Cafeteria * Life insurance * Transportation allowance **Location** --------------- Rod.
