**Summary of Key Responsibilities:**
* Implementation of digital solutions for data collection and visualization to build structured databases supporting decision-making.
* Collaborative work with departments such as Production, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and IT.
* Ensuring consistent application of methodologies related to the NOS (Novelis Operating System).
* Development of dashboards and reports for monitoring operational KPIs.
* Identification of improvement opportunities through statistical analysis and trend evaluation.
* Application of Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, DMAIC methodologies and problem-solving tools.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.
**Experience:**
* Data analysis, processing, and interpretation to support decision-making.
* Dashboard and indicator creation using Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar tools.
* Application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA).
* Process mapping, standardization, and operational process review.
* Root cause analysis and identification of improvement opportunities.
* Automation of routines and data integration (e.g., Python, VBA, Power Automate).

* Advanced English is desirable.
