Vendemmia has extensive experience in 4PL in Brazil, applying technology and logistics intelligence across a wide range of processes—warehousing, importation, customs clearance, inventory management, transportation, and exportation. We are seeking an Import Analyst to support the entire importation process, ensuring operations are carried out in an organized, efficient manner and in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor import processes from purchase order entry through to final delivery; * Verify documentation, NCM codes, attributes, DI (Import Declaration) and LI (Import License), and record processes in the ERP system; * Record payments, control invoicing, and prepare tracking spreadsheets; * Monitor customs clearance processes, authorize shipments, and track delivery scheduling; * Contact clients, customs brokers, and third parties for operational follow-up; * Review technical documents, consult internal procedures and external regulations; * Monitor regulatory changes and propose process improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade or related fields; * Basic English; * Basic/intermediate Excel skills; * Knowledge of import documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.; * Experience in trading, freight forwarding, and/or customs brokerage (preferred); * Familiarity with the Conexos system (preferred); * Knowledge of processes involving approving agencies such as MAPA, ANVISA, INMETRO (preferred). **Additional information** * **Location:** Vila Olímpia/SP. * **Work model:** Hybrid (2 days remote work). * **Working hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1.5-hour lunch break). * Benefits: * Health insurance—Porto Seguro (no co-payment); * Dental insurance—Porto Seguro (no co-payment); * Gympass; * Flexible Card (Meal/Voucher)—R$ 47.70 per day; * Transportation voucher (VT); * Life insurance; * Access to courses (platform provided by the company).
