It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Prepare, adjust, and operate mechanical lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and other machining equipment; interpret technical drawings, sketches, models, specifications, and other technical information to define the manufacturing process. Conduct measurements and inspections during the process to ensure part accuracy, as well as perform necessary adjustments to correct defects and maintain final product quality. Previous experience as a Lathe Operator, Precision Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter, or CNC Lathe Programmer may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
