As an **Operations Runner**, you’ll ensure food delivery orders flow smoothly within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and deliver top-tier customer service. **About the Role:** * Organize and transport food orders efficiently within our unit for pickup by delivery drivers. * Handle administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, and act as a problem solver. * Serve as the liaison between Kitchen Central and our partners—restaurants and drivers. **What You’ll Do:** * Be the frontline of our business! * Collect orders from kitchens and deliver them to the central processing area. * Provide exceptional service to our internal team, restaurant staff, and app-based delivery drivers. **Qualifications:** * Ability to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Ability to independently resolve problems. * Strong communication skills, both in person and online. * A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in customer service, food service, or as an app-based delivery driver is a plus. **About Kitchen Central:** We’re a technology startup revolutionizing food delivery.
