This position is ideal for students aiming to develop practical experience in organizing legal matters and procedural monitoring. **We are looking for an organized, responsible individual interested in developing skills in:** * Procedural organization * Deadline management * Monitoring of judicial proceedings * Client communication **Main Responsibilities** The intern will support case organization and procedural monitoring. **Responsibilities include:** * Organizing physical and digital client files and documents * Preparing case dossiers * Entering and organizing information in the legal management system * Monitoring court publications and service of process notices * Recording and tracking procedural deadlines * Communicating with clients to request documents, send hearing and expert examination reminders * Sending periodic updates on case progress * Supporting operational routines of the legal team. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Law program, attending night classes; * Interest in Labor and Social Security Law; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Strong communication and legal writing skills; * Commitment and eagerness to learn.
