SX Lighting® has been operating in Brazil's national lighting market for 11 years, serving major companies and illuminating numerous cities across Brazil. Currently operating two facilities—one located in Pindamonhangaba/SP and the other in Manaus/AM. Work Model: 100% in-person Working Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday Requirements: * Reside in Pindamonhangaba or Taubaté/SP; * Solid B2B sales experience (mandatory); * Experience with CRM/ERP systems; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Proactive profile with strong focus on achieving goals; * Negotiation skills, handling objections, closing deals, and customer insight. Responsibilities: * Selling to active accounts and reactivating inactive accounts; * Conducting diagnostic meetings to assess industrial needs; * Developing and presenting commercial proposals; * Leading negotiations with multiple decision-makers until deal closure; * Executing disciplined follow\-ups and value\-based, trust\-oriented negotiations; * Accurately updating the CRM/ERP system to track pipeline and forecast revenue; * Reporting progress, bottlenecks, and expected closures to leadership; * Monitoring one’s own pipeline and taking action to accelerate closures when necessary What We Offer: * Aggressive variable compensation, composed of qualified prospecting \+ effective calls \+ sales bonuses, with no upper limit; * Health insurance: Santa Casa Saúde (discounts apply only for co-payment by the employee and dependents); * Dental insurance: Bradesco Saúde (no discounts for employee or dependents); * Chartered transportation (for residents of Pindamonhangaba/SP); * Fuel allowance R$400/month (for residents of other cities); * On-site lunch; * Life insurance; * Partnership club and discount program.
