Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting medical examinations, coordinating the PCMSO, providing emergency care, investigating accidents, and participating in prevention programs. Analysis and investigation of occupational accidents Responsibilities: Conduct admission, periodic, return-to-work, job-function-change, and dismissal medical examinations. Develop and coordinate the PCMSO (Occupational Health Surveillance Program). Provide emergency and urgent care. Analyze and investigate occupational accidents and occupational diseases. Participate in environmental risk and health prevention programs. Requirements: Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Medicine. Registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM). Experience in developing and implementing the PCMSO. Knowledge of the Regulatory Standards (NRs) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. First aid certification (Desirable). Residence in Itajubá. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to analyze and interpret complementary diagnostic tests. Capacity to make decisions in urgent situations. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite). Organization and proactivity.
