We seek a Waiter/Waitress who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, attentive to details, and enjoys creating positive experiences for guests and customers. This professional will be responsible for ensuring friendly, efficient, and quality-standard-aligned service in accordance with hotel standards, contributing to an organized, welcoming, and efficient environment. **Responsibilities** Greet guests and customers, clearly, accurately, and systematically taking food and beverage orders; Present the menu, clarify questions, and assist in item selection whenever requested; Serve food and beverages courteously, efficiently, and professionally, in compliance with hotel standards; Receive customer complaints, suggestions, or requests and forward them to the Maître or department supervisor; Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of tables, chairs, and service areas; Perform hygiene procedures for glasses, cutlery, tableware, and utensils as required, following internal and hygiene regulations; Collaborate with cleaning and organizing the shared workplace before, during, and after service; Collect used tableware, cutlery, and containers, properly dispatching them for cleaning; Ensure proper care of equipment, utensils, and materials used in the dining area, reporting maintenance needs or replenishment requirements; Assist in stock counting and inventory of departmental supplies. * **Work Schedule** **6-day workweek, 1 day off,** from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM **✔️** **Desired Profile** Strong communication skills and friendliness; Organization and attention to detail; Agility and ability to work effectively in a team; Prior experience in customer service or restaurants is desirable; Commitment to hygiene and service quality standards. **Join our team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests!**
