The Hotel do Papa is seeking a committed, agile, and courteous **Waiter/Waitress** to join our service team. The professional will support waiters in meal service, ensuring table organization, restocking, cleaning, and excellence in guest service. **We offer a Career Development Plan.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in guest service during meals (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner); * Prepare and organize the dining room (mise en place) prior to restaurant opening; * Assist in buffet setup and restocking and/or à la carte dish preparation; * Remove dishes and utensils from tables, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment; * Support waiters in service, adhering to the hotel’s quality standards; * Maintain cleanliness and proper care of work equipment; * Comply with hygiene, food safety, and good practice regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school education preferred); * Prior experience in this role is an advantage but not mandatory; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Commitment to excellence in guest service; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * **Reside in Roseira, Aparecida, Potim, or Guaratinguetá.** Employment type: Full-time CLT contract Salary: R$1,848.45 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you reside in Roseira, Aparecida, Potim, or Guaratinguetá?
