Offer technical support, clarifying proper usage to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. Develop and execute tests for practical demonstrations of machines and equipment, ensuring proper operation and suitability for stated requirements. Manage exchange, return, and warranty requests according to company policies and procedures, aiming to maintain customer satisfaction. Participate in technical visits, conducting training sessions and demonstrating correct use of machines and equipment. Provide technical consulting in the construction industry, assisting in selecting optimal solutions based on specific needs.
