Job Summary: Manage a unit providing Food and Facilities services, ensuring quality, safety, and organization, and being responsible for planning, team management, and results. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on health, safety, and operational quality We are seeking a professional to manage a unit providing Food and Facilities services (xxxx Hard/Soft – here it changes, depending on what the unit requires xxxxx), ensuring quality, safety, and organization in service delivery. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the process and completion of all unit services; * Analyze and monitor overall qualitative and quantitative results; develop action plans; design strategies; create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit performance; * Be responsible for planning and preparing the unit’s annual budget; * Manage the team by implementing HR policies, participating in recruitment, onboarding, and activity coordination; establish effective communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health & safety training; keep the team engaged, updated, and productive; * Be responsible for Health and Safety, as well as implement standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System; * Ensure implementation of processes and application of food safety and occupational safety checklists and audits, always aiming for zero accidents and foodborne illnesses (FBIs); ensure all employees are involved in and aware of health and safety processes; apply standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System; * Work within a mid-sized operation in the automotive sector, with an average daily volume of 500 meals. **Main Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Completed bachelor’s degree in (Business Administration / Engineering / Nutrition or related fields, according to business needs) * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (FNU); * Proven experience in leadership, team development, and multidisciplinary team management; * Personal vehicle (desirable) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Benefits that care for your whole self At our company, we believe that working well means living well.
