Acting as a liaison between leadership and operations **Reside in Cruzeiro or nearby areas** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Support store management, ensuring operational efficiency, organization, team leadership, onboarding of new employees, maintaining customer service standards, and compliance with internal processes, acting as a liaison between leadership and operations.** * Conduct recruitment and selection; lead onboarding according to agenda; monitor documentation; * Train team on processes, customer service, and safety; reinforce checklist execution; * Prepare staff schedules jointly with the store leader; ensure full headcount and adjust as needed; * Supervise store opening or closing; verify checklists and ensure process safety. (Store closes tidy and clean, ready to open fully operational.) * Ensure checklist execution; monitor product restocking and display; * Authorize internal product usage write-offs; validate withdrawal spreadsheets; resolve discrepancies; * Inspect cleanliness, maintenance, exit bags, and trash; trigger services per checklist; * Assume full/senior manager duties when required; attend meetings and alignment sessions; * Monitor daily targets, productivity, and process compliance; report to full/senior manager; * Participate in meetings; guide leaders and operators; ensure alignment with company standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Availability for travel and relocation; * Minimum one year of experience as a retail team leader or assistant store manager in stores within the Estrela do Lar segment.
