If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Execute routine tasks related to the implementation of processes, policies, and procedures for the Job Evaluation and Compensation organizational structure; * Organize and implement variable compensation programs (Bonus, PPR, Commission, Incentives); * Maintain the current salary table, monitoring adjustments related to collective bargaining agreements; * Apply Job Evaluation and Compensation policies to workforce movements, promotions, and salary adjustments; * Conduct market compensation research, participating in the selection of benchmark companies, data items, and collection materials to ensure accurate market comparison and analysis; respond to compensation surveys requested by other companies; perform analyses; prepare reports; and propose recommendations for structural and job-related changes, salary adjustments, and revisions to criteria, programs, and policies governing compensation administration; * Monitor and track results, calculations, performance indicator assessments, and dissemination of PPR, as well as commission, bonus, and incentive policies; * Perform job analysis, description, evaluation, classification, and standardization; * Maintain updated performance indicators for the area; * Act as a knowledge multiplier within the team; * Address job-related matters corporately, provide support and guidance to HR teams, and establish and ensure consistency of compensation practices and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of Job Evaluation and Compensation Plans; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * ERP system knowledge; * Critical analysis skills; * Numerical calculation ability; * Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely—both to internal colleagues and senior management—and to develop effective presentations illustrating results and recommendations; * Familiarity with compensation management systems and software platforms used to process salary data and maintain accurate records; * Knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and tax issues related to compensation, ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations; * Ability to conduct job evaluations analyzing responsibilities, skills, and requirements for each position to ensure internal salary alignment. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Medical Plan; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Lunch; * PPR.
