




The Administrative Assistant provides support services in human resources, administration, finance, and logistics; attends to suppliers and customers, providing and receiving information about products and services; handles various documents, carrying out all necessary procedures related to them. o Provides administrative support in HR, administration, finance, and logistics; o Assists third parties, providing and receiving information; o Prepares reports and spreadsheets; o Performs activities such as accounting, accounts payable and receivable, recording all income and expenses in the system, closing time control reports, paying freelancers, paying suppliers, organizing files; o Conducts expense analysis; o Reviews and supervises cash flows; o Operates, controls, and closes the cash register; o Performs cash withdrawals from the register for security reasons or company needs; o Quotes products and services when necessary; o Organizes, checks, executes, and supervises financial processes related to personnel management and other routines, such as payroll, vacation payments, commissions, bonuses, among others; o Provides data to management to assist in decision-making; coordinates the maintenance of discipline and compliance with company regulations and policies; o Communicates directly with outsourced accounting department, providing and receiving information and documents when necessary; o Performs banking tasks; o Occasionally assists the Reception department.
