What will be your role? Act as the focal point for the Artificial Intelligence Committee, ensuring alignment among stakeholders, organizing initiatives, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between technical and strategic areas. You will be responsible for standardizing processes, monitoring deadlines, and organizing opportunities to enhance the impact of AI projects within the company. Key Responsibilities* Manage the AI project portfolio, from demand gathering to result delivery. * Facilitate communication and alignment among committee members, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. * Structure appropriate project management methodologies (agile and traditional) according to project contexts. * Monitor project timelines, risks, and performance indicators. * Organize meetings, minutes, and status dashboards to ensure visibility and transparency. * Map AI-driven innovation opportunities together with business and technology teams. * Support initiative prioritization in line with the committee's strategy. We expect you to: * Be pursuing or hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications in agile management, Scrum, business analysis, or data analytics will be considered a plus. We'll be happy if you have (your advantage): * Experience in project management (PMO or business analyst). * Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira). * Skills in data visualization (Power BI, Data Studio). * Ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. * Interest in emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
