Your impact? Continuously improving our manufacturing process. You’ll collaborate with the company and take ownership for leading, participating in, and monitoring engineering change processes, helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.**What You’ll Be Doing** * Assure that quality tools (PFMEA, CP, MSA, CPK, PPAP) are used correctly in the production line during its life time or changes in the process; * Participate in projects for the introduction of new products into the production line; * Continuously improve productivity by proposing improvements in the process (equipment layout, workflows, timing, and efficiency); * Support production related to equipments and processess (IT, Tools, product specification); * Provide support as a technical reference in the area and in the processes in which they work. **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Engineerin. Postgraduate degree in desirable; * Fluency in English; * Knowledge or prior experience working with Lean Manufacturing and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); * Previous knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings, metrology, statistical process control, control plans, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, and MSA; * Desirable experience with tube bending machines, Value Stream Mapping (productive and administrative), SMED (Single\-Minute Exchange of Die) on critical equipment, Visual management, Kanban, Poka\-Yoke (error\-proofing) and standardized work. **What You'll Get from Us** * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
