Your impact? Your analysis will enable more strategic decisions, resulting in more efficient processes, reduced waste, and improved quality in our production. You will collaborate with operational teams and take responsibility for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing reports, and monitoring KPIs using tools such as Power BI and SAP—helping us advance toward a more efficient and sustainable future. **What You’ll Do** ------------------------ * Collect, organize, and process production, maintenance, quality, and logistics data using systems such as ERP/SAP to ensure data integrity; * Monitor and analyze industrial performance metrics (OEE, productivity, scrap rate), transforming raw data into actionable insights for management reporting; * Develop visual dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI and Excel to support technical and managerial decision-making; * Provide data and analyses to support Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives, tracking results and identifying opportunities for enhancement; * Assist in standardizing processes, controlling documentation, and organizing audit evidence (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\), ensuring compliance and traceability. **What We’re Looking For** ---------------------------- * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields. Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable; * Experience in data analysis, report generation, or operational control routines.
