We seek a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn intern to join JP2 Auto's technical support team. **YOU MUST:** * Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Be available for in-person internship from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Have basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems or LED lighting products; * Possess strong communication skills and ease in customer service; * Be organized, committed, and eager to learn. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in customer service or technical support; * Knowledge of automotive lighting; **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Providing empathetic and clear customer service and support; * Warranty follow-up and post-sales support; * Technical assistance regarding products, installation, and operation; * Supporting the sales and technical teams with daily operational demands; * Logging and tracking requests in the system; * Organizing departmental processes and providing administrative support. **WE OFFER:** * Meal allowance; * Mobility allowance; * Life insurance; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Training and capacity-building programs.
