In this role, you will impact the team by supporting various projects, conducting research, and assisting with day\-to\-day tasks. Your contributions will help drive the success of our initiatives and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business operations. * Plan and monitor production according to demand forecast; * Support analysis of production and performance data, identifying improvement opportunities; * Collaborate with the team to ensure production deadlines are met; * Monitor and achieve established production goals/metrics for the department; * Participate in preparing reports and presentations on production performance; * Update and analyze charts (WIP, Production Variance, Productive Efficiency, Startup Board, etc); * Contribute to communication among different areas involved in the production process; * Align demand with various business units and their requirements; * Define planning needs and priorities in accordance with the Production Supervisor, based on the skills matrix; * Support site-established HMX and HSE requirements (5S, Kaizen, near miss). **Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Proactivity, organization, and teamwork skills. * \#LI\-Hybrid Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
