Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and define action plans. * High-Severity Incident Management Ensure rapid service recovery during high-impact events. Maintain clear communication with business areas during outages. * Continuous Improvement and Automation Identify and implement improvements in support processes. Develop scripts, routines, and automations that eliminate rework and increase efficiency. * Systems Architecture and Integration Understand the company’s IT architecture and propose adjustments to ensure integration, stability, and performance. * Technical Leadership and Mentoring Provide technical support to junior, mid-level, and intern support and infrastructure analysts.
