




We are looking for a professional with leadership skills to serve as the Support Team Leader, overseeing interns assigned to our client Partage across various regions of Brazil—one of the largest shopping center groups in Brazil. The position will be responsible for coordinating and developing a team of five support interns, ensuring high-quality service delivery, proper demand organization, and operational excellence across all IT processes related to the client’s environment. Responsibilities * Lead, guide, and develop the team of support interns. * Assign daily tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance. * Guarantee high-quality support for internal users of the client Partage. * Prioritize and resolve incidents related to infrastructure, networks, and first-level support. * Establish routines, procedures, and best practices to optimize the team’s workflow. * Serve as the technical and behavioral escalation point. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal managers and the client. Working hours and salary Working hours are 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00, plus Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00, with flexibility for hybrid work according to departmental planning. The remuneration is approximately R$ 2\.780,32, composed of a base salary of R$ 2\.234,14 plus a meal allowance of R$ 550,18 for 22 working days.
