We expect you to have: * Knowledge of Energy & Utilities market processes, especially in the sanitation sector (water intake, treatment, distribution, quality, etc.) and the electric sector (generation, transmission, and distribution), Oil & Gas, among others. * Knowledge of Energy & Utilities market operations. * Familiarity with sector regulations, standards, and trends—including renewable energy sources, smart grids, and energy efficiency. * Knowledge of SAP, Billing, CRM, and other bid management systems. * Experience in tender and procurement processes: RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, electronic auctions. * Familiarity with IT services such as outsourcing, SAP, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, integrations, APIs, data engineering and science, computer vision, N1/N2 support services and products, DevOps, agile and traditional project execution methodologies, AI, IoT, among others. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business value. * Creative thinking to design solutions and propose offer engineering and alternative scenarios to resolve clients’ business problems. * Pricing and profit margin expertise: cost structure and pricing methodology. * Alignment of solutions with business objectives, translating client needs into IT solutions. * Technical communication and writing skills to produce clear, well-structured proposals. * Clear communication skills to explain complex solutions to non-technical audiences. * Client relationship management skills, including ability to uncover needs and build trust. * Teamwork capability to coordinate cross-functional teams. * Intermediate English proficiency.
