




**Description** Work collaboratively with Cloud operations, focusing on driving customer and product success while ensuring the sustainability and evolution of robust, efficient, and business-challenge-aligned processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for administration, support, and evolution of the ITSM tool, with emphasis on governance, integrations, and continuous process improvement. Administer **BMC Helix ITSM**, including Helix Digital Workplace, Helix Dashboards, Helix GPT, BMC Smart CMDB, and Atrium CMDB. Develop and administer jobs, manage asset synchronization, reconciliation rules, and TPLs. Support the configuration and process governance team. Perform configurations and service development within the tool. Implement ITSM integrations with incident, problem, change, event management processes, and external monitoring tools. Work with APIs and integrations via Webhook, REST, and SOAP to connect BMC Helix with other solutions. Manage access profiles and permissions. Develop management reports and dashboards. Perform customizations on the BMC ARSystem platform. Carry out troubleshooting and advanced support activities. Participate in the SaaS environment patching cycle. Administer infrastructure (Linux, Windows Server, Containers, and SQL). Deliver training and guidance on the tool for end users and technical teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of ITSM and IT service management. **Certifications:** ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation. ISO 20000:2018\. ISO 27000:2018\. Scrum Fundamentals.
