Responsibility for salon organization and environment Job Description: A Burger King Host plays a fundamental role in creating an exceptional experience for customers. Their responsibilities include managing the customer experience, closely monitoring sales indicators, and delivering post-sale service in the salon to ensure everyone's satisfaction, along with other duties. Additionally, the Host assists managers with NPS surveys (Link and Forms), ensuring feedback is collected and used to improve services.
