Work Model: In-person Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Job Description: Train, guide, and instruct teams; Conduct daily meetings; Delegate tasks and responsibilities; Resolve team conflicts and customer-related issues; Establish vacation and day-off schedules; Prepare productivity reports for each store employee; Provide ongoing feedback. Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in sales and team management; Empowerment and autonomy; Interpersonal skills; Proactivity; Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Sundays and holidays according to roster), with working hours aligned to shopping center operating hours. Preferred: Experience in makeup sales.
