Your role will include: Managing the business unit (Branch or PAB), ensuring actions are aligned to capitalize on commercial opportunities, service delivery, and infrastructure; Driving team performance and career development (through training and capacity building); Supervising and serving branch customers, guaranteeing excellence in their experience; Managing NPS and daily sales targets, implementing improvement actions when necessary; Ensuring quality compliance with bank standards and regulatory requirements; Visiting the Microregion, fostering new business, and acquiring new customers; Engaging team members through targeted initiatives.
