The professional will be responsible for ensuring the organization's financial health, planning and executing strategies for resource optimization, and leading the financial team. * **Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement the company's financial plan. + Analyze and monitor cash flow and financial projections. + Manage the financial team, supervising activities and evaluating results. + Manage relationships with financial institutions and suppliers. + Conduct economic\-financial feasibility analyses of projects and investments. + Prepare financial reports for the board of directors and shareholders. + Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * **Requirements:** + Prior experience as a Financial Manager or in similar roles. + Analytical skills, income statement (DRE), and tax knowledge. + Solid expertise in financial planning, financial statement analysis, and team management. + Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and integrated financial management systems. + Leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities. + Residence in the region where the company is located (optional). + Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (optional).
