You will define maintenance strategies, control costs, manage budgets and contracts, and execute preventive and corrective plans with a focus on quality and productivity. You will engage in production capacity planning, lead continuous improvement projects and SHES initiatives, and develop and engage teams to achieve high performance.**Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical); * Experience in people and operational team management; * Knowledge of strategic maintenance planning and KPIs; * Experience in continuous improvement; * Implementation, commissioning, and start-up of manufacturing facilities; * Advanced English; Spanish desirable. **What we offer** As part of a truly global company, you will have growth opportunities within a diverse and collaborative culture.
