If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! \#transformplasticwithus **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor product inventory at customer sites; * Prepare reports on customer service visits; * Prepare expense reports; * Study and propose cost-reduction improvements for customers and the company; * Inspect complaint-related products at customer sites; * Guide production on corrective actions for products and processes; * Actively participate in alignment meetings involving Customer Service (SAC), Sales, and factory departments; * Propose improvements to product quality and performance; * Schedule and plan customer visits; * Conduct training sessions for customers; * Perform technical visits to customers for complaint handling, product approval, routine support, technical assistance, and new product development; * Record visits in Salesforce; * Support travel and accommodation cost planning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electrical or Mechanical fields; * **Reside in Mato Grosso or Mato Grosso do Sul** * Preferred: pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with vacuum sealing machines and the company’s products and services; * Knowledge of the meat processing and dairy sectors; * Experience preparing technical reports for external customer visits; * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Knowledge of conflict mediation and resolution techniques; * Prior experience in this role or related areas; * Driver's license category B. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
