Description: AVAILABLE POSITION: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES* Plan, coordinate and control production activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturing plans within deadlines, quality standards and established costs. * Monitor performance indicators and act based on data to achieve goals. * Coordinate and develop teams of operators, technicians and supervisors, promoting a safe, collaborative and productive work environment. * Conduct daily production meetings and monitor adherence to planning. * Identify needs for technical and behavioral training and support training initiatives. * Ensure compliance with product quality standards and applicable technical regulations. * Apply continuous improvement methodologies in the production process. * Guarantee the proper use and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment. * Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
