If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities according to established quality specifications and standards; * Coordinate the development of capacity-based control and targets; * Coordinate and analyze economic aspects to reduce costs associated with consumables used in production; * Coordinate and jointly develop, with the Maintenance department, preventive maintenance plans to improve machine and equipment utilization; * Coordinate and monitor daily production performance via KPIs, proposing actions and changes as needed; * Monitor and propose strategic plans to meet required O.E.E. targets; * Ensure standardized work practices across all operations; * Develop people through training and support within the flexibility matrix; * Guarantee adherence to pre-established routines related to quality and processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Process Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of SAP system (preferred); * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Willingness to work in Lorena, SP. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Chartered Transportation * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, conversion, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
