Promotion of continuous process improvement Assemble electrical subassemblies of products following the Manufacturing Letter (CF), drawings, and supervisory instructions to meet production process stages. **Job Description** =================== **Essential Responsibilities:** * Assemble high-voltage electrical subassemblies strictly in accordance with Manufacturing Letters (CF), technical drawings, and engineering specifications; * Operate winding machines for coil manufacturing, ensuring precision as required by Manufacturing Orders; * Prepare the workstation and assemble jigs and metal structures to ensure smoothness and organization of the production process; * Perform electrical connections and technical fastenings on reactors and coils, ensuring proper locking and component integrity; * Interpret instructions contained in technical documents and Customer Orders, correctly applying them during task execution; * Fully comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Protection (EHS) regulations, maintaining current safety standards; * Promote continuous process improvement to optimize production and fully satisfy quality requirements; * Demonstrate multifunctionality in performing related tasks as required by the department and immediate supervision. **Required Qualifications:** * Reside in Itajubá/MG or nearby regions; * Completed elementary education; * Availability to work rotating shifts (especially the 2nd shift) and on a 6x1 schedule. *We foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
