About the role We are seeking a JUNIOR PLANNING ANALYST who will contribute to activities such as tracking comprehensive project plans, analyzing detailed schedules, participating in project risk assessments, monitoring project costs, and tracking project progress against established timelines. Ensure planning aligns with project objectives and goals. 2- Analyze detailed schedules, identifying activities, their durations and interdependencies. Perform appropriate allocation of resources such as personnel, equipment and materials to ensure efficient project execution. 3- Participate in project risk assessment, developing mitigation and contingency strategies. Conduct sensitivity analyses and simulations to anticipate potential issues and take preventive actions. 4- Monitor project costs by comparing actual expenditures with planned budgets. Identify variances and implement corrective measures to ensure adherence to the approved budget. 5- Track project progress against the established schedule, reporting updates to stakeholders. Identify potential delays or deviations and take corrective actions to keep the project on track. 6- Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment of information and expectations. What we are looking for: 1- Bachelor's degree in engineering 2- 1 year of experience in project management 3- Familiarity with MS Project and Office suite.
