The role involves monitored weighing, encapsulation, raw material verification, laboratory organization, and support in strictly adhering to SOPs and Good Compounding Practices. We seek someone with extreme attention to detail, technical responsibility, discipline regarding sanitary regulations, and ethical conduct. Experience in compounding pharmacy is preferred but not mandatory; however, we highly value technical competence, focus, productivity, and willingness to learn.
