Queluz \- SP 1 position Not specified Full-time CLT On-site We are looking for a **Junior Quality Analyst** to support Quality Control and Assurance activities throughout the production process, contributing to ensure products meet the company’s internal standards and current legislation. **Main responsibilities:** * Support monitoring of Quality and Food Safety programs, such as GMP, Sanitation, Pest Control, Water Potability, Foreign Material Control, and Allergen Control. * Perform sample collection and assist in conducting physical-chemical and microbiological analyses according to the control plan. * Monitor and record process deviations and non-conformities, supporting the definition of corrective and preventive actions. * Organize, control, and archive quality records, ensuring traceability and process compliance. * Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections. * Comply with and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all departmental activities. * Report deviations that may impact Food Safety, supporting root cause investigation and continuous improvement. * Maintain laboratory and support areas organized and compliant with hygiene and safety requirements. * Support Food Safety training and promote best practices among employees. * Act in accordance with internal procedures, applicable legislation (MAPA, ANVISA), and certification standards (FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, among others). **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, currently in progress or completed. * Basic knowledge of GMP and Food Safety. * Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Desirable:** * Initial experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings. * Basic knowledge of certification standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO).
