Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant to prepare ingredients, produce cakes, clean and organize the kitchen, and manage supplies at a cake shop. Key Highlights: 1. Will be responsible for cake production and assembly, as well as filling preparation 2. Responsible for kitchen organization and hygiene 3. Assist in monitoring ingredient expiration dates and storage A cake shop is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Guaratinguetá (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare ingredients according to recipes and store standards. Assist in cake production and assembly, as well as filling preparation. Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils. Support monitoring of ingredient expiration dates and storage. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations.
