Job Summary: Responsible for programming the production flow, planning and controlling deadlines and factory workload to ensure compliance with production plans and optimize manufacturing cycles. Ensure adherence to production plans and operational performance Responsible for programming equipment production flow based on Customer Orders (CO) and priorities defined for each work center. Uses specific computerized systems to plan and control deadlines, factory workload, and efficient allocation of direct labor. The main objective is to ensure compliance with production plans and programs, optimizing manufacturing cycles and ensuring optimal operational performance.**Job Description** =================== **Responsibilities:** * Schedule Master Production Schedule (MPS) production orders; * Create production orders for new customer orders; * Prepare information for MPS and S\&OP meetings; * Develop execution schedule for CO (Customer Order); * Monitor compliance with all phases of the schedule together with Contract Administration; * Keep dates of various production order stages up to date. **Requirements:** * Must reside in Itajubá/MG; * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or Business Administration (pursuing or completed) is desirable; * Prior experience in this role or related activities is a plus; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Macros, and VBAs is desirable; * Initiative, organizational and planning skills, negotiation ability, and systemic vision. **Additional Information** ========================== **Relocation Assistance Provided:** No
