Senior Data Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** * Develop data queries and data modeling using SQL; * Build and maintain data pipelines and data flows in Microsoft Fabric; * Develop automations, data analyses, and data processing using Python; * Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for strategic support; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance; * Support business areas in data interpretation and insight generation; * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and evolution of the data architecture; * Document processes, data flows, and business rules related to data. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles. * Intermediate English (required for international communication) **Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of SQL and Power BI; * Experience with Microsoft Fabric; * Knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation; * Experience with data modeling and transformation; * Hands-on experience building dashboards and KPIs; * Familiarity with data engineering and ETL/ELT concepts; **Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in facilitation and resolution of complex problems. * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Attitudes:** * Empathy and ability to understand stakeholders' real needs. * Commitment to delivering value and aligning with the company's strategic objectives. * Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
