A sports club is seeking a Security Assistant in Porto Alegre (South Zone). VDS Tecnologia is a company specialized in information technology solutions. It provides software development and IT consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Performs diverse tasks following established routines, where procedures are predefined. Situations are similar and problem solutions are already known. Requires constant guidance, especially for new problems. Has limited autonomy, restricted to routine tasks without decision-making authority. Performs routine tasks. Conducts patrols throughout all club facilities according to security procedures and standards, and records any non-compliance. Manages access gates and the parking area near the main entrance. Controls entry and exit of vessels, members, general public, materials, and vehicles belonging to suppliers, service providers, and others, using spreadsheets. Manages the key register for club facilities and the Commodore’s flags. Identifies guests occupying apartments and dormitories. Inspects personal belongings (backpacks, handbags, and shopping bags) of staff upon arrival and departure from shifts. Ensures orientation procedures and controls are implemented and reinforced on club event days. Receives club correspondence and manages its delivery control. Turns on the lights at the club entrance and handles telephone calls at the main entrance. Delivers materials to kiosks.
