Support in incident resolution and continuous improvement of systems Project Assistant • 1 vacancy São Paulo, SP The company accepts applications from candidates residing in São Paulo and nearby cities Assistant/ Operational To be agreed upon CLT employment regime Job Details **Main Responsibilities:** Provide support for access control, user registration, and system parameterization routines, ensuring information accuracy, consistency, and integrity; Organize, maintain, and update the area’s technical and operational documentation, including meeting minutes, attendance lists, records, and internal manuals; Support Level 2 systems analysts in monitoring and managing incidents, acting as an interface between the Service Desk and the technical team; Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing technical information and evidence to resolve incidents and identify opportunities for system improvement; Support the organization and execution of departmental administrative processes, including contract management and other managerial documents; Actively contribute to standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of systems area processes, applying best practices in organization, control, and demand prioritization. Requirements Minimum Education Level Bachelor’s degree (in progress) Other Requirements **Minimum Qualification:** Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields, with interest in working in Information Technology and Systems Projects.
