Since its beginning, Faculdade Serra Dourada's proposal to provide a modern pedagogical project—equipping students with technical and socio-emotional skills demanded by the job market—has been consolidating and gaining recognition. #### **Job Requirements:** * Complete high school education (technical course in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields is desirable); * Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Basic understanding of computer and peripheral assembly and maintenance; * Knowledge in software installation and configuration; * Basic knowledge of computer networks (cabling, IP, Wi\-Fi, network printers); * Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues; * Basic knowledge of Office suite and Google Workspace tools; * Good communication skills and ability to provide user support and service (in-person and remote); * Organized, responsible, and able to work well in a team. **Shift:** 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM **Type:** In-person in Lorena/SP **Weekly Workload: 44 hours per week \- 220 hours per month** . #### **Desirable Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing technical course in Computer Science, Networking, or Technical Support; * Previous experience in support or help desk roles; * Knowledge of ERP systems, ticketing systems, or IT management tools; * Understanding of information security and data backup; * Valid driver's license category B (if travel is required). #### **What we offer:** * Scholarship; * Transportation allowance.
