Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative IT User Support Technician (Helpdesk) to handle customer activation, provide support to field technicians, and manage service orders. Focus on problem resolution and organization. Job Description: We are looking for an IT User Support Technician (Helpdesk) to join our scheduling and support team. This professional will work directly in the customer activation department, assisting field technicians with visit scheduling and service order creation. The ideal candidate must be communicative, proactive in solving problems, and possess basic to intermediate knowledge of networks and support systems. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute new customer activation procedures on the Velloznet network; Assist external technicians with scheduling, route planning, and system updates; Create, monitor, and close service orders; Record and document incidents and solutions in the internal system; Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience. * REQUIREMENTS: **Must reside in Lorena/SP (mandatory);** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in IT currently in progress are desirable); Prior experience in technical support/helpdesk; Basic networking knowledge (IP, modems/routers, connectivity); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, agility, and focus on problem resolution. * PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Internet Service Providers (ISPs); Familiarity with FTTH networks and structured cabling; Knowledge of service order management systems. * WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive fixed salary; Internal training programs to help you excel; Flexible Multibenefit Card (freely usable balance); Pharmacy partnership; Gympass (Wellhub); Partnership with utility distributors (water/gas); Internet fee exemption; Life insurance; Dental plan; Join\-us!
