If you identify with our company and this challenge, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! #transformplasticwithus **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and review preventive, predictive, inspection, and lubrication maintenance plans in the management system (SAP); * Schedule Maintenance Orders (MOs), detailing required resources (labor, materials, tools) and aligning execution windows with production teams and supervision; * Support workforce deployment by planning technician allocation for scheduled activities and emergency interventions; * Monitor and analyze key maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Breakdown Rate, Maintenance Cost), generating reports and root cause analyses to support decision-making; * Propose corrective actions and plan improvements based on failure analysis and equipment performance trends; * Support procurement of spare parts and contracting of services, requesting quotations, preparing technical specifications, and tracking delivery timelines with suppliers; * Contribute information for maintenance budget control, monitoring actual costs versus planned costs; * Serve as the focal point for the maintenance module of the system, ensuring data entry quality and correct use of functionalities; * Guide maintenance team members (mechanics, electricians) on proper time logging, material requisition, and work order completion; * Support continuous improvement projects in maintenance by providing data, analyses, and participating in implementation of new routines; * Support Integrated Management System (IMS) management in the maintenance area, developing action plans and procedures, and monitoring internal and external audits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Technical degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines is desirable; * Knowledge and experience with SAP – PM module; * Knowledge of maintenance plans management (preventive, predictive, inspection, lubrication); * Knowledge of budget management and financial control of maintenance activities; * Ability to research and implement new technologies and develop suppliers; * Knowledge of maintenance indicator analysis (MTBF, MTTR, Breakdowns); * Familiarity with failure analysis tools, Excel/Power BI, and Continuous Improvement methodologies; * Availability to work in Lorena/SP. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Basket; * Transportation Allowance or Shuttle Service; * On-site lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
