* Overall project coordination, ensuring schedule compliance and delivery quality; * Definition of assumptions together with client areas, ensuring all requirements are met from the initial phase; * Technical evaluations during procurement, ensuring suppliers meet technical specifications; * Reception and interface with suppliers; * Field surveys related to projects, ensuring collected technical data is accurate and complete; * Support in the preparation of technical documents, including reports, assessments, and project-related specifications; * Prompt review of documents issued for the mentioned projects, enabling joint reviews on the Gerdau Pinda site when necessary; * Technical capability and proven experience in assessing needs and conducting field surveys, proposing ideas/solutions according to expertise, preparing service specifications, equipment specifications, macro schedules, budget estimates, verification, alignment of interferences and implementation opportunities of projects under responsibility versus other Engineering Portfolio projects, with alignment among all stakeholders; • Use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to deliver activities under responsibility according to existing Engineering standards; • Proactivity, ability to identify activity interferences, good interpersonal relationships, negotiation skills to integrate execution planning, execution, and closure.
