Being part of the remarkable legacy of Raymundo da Fonte fills us with pride in who we are and our consistently growing, sustainable results. Since 1946, we have only prospered.
We remain eternally grateful to our founder, Dr. Raymundo Luiz Cavalcanti da Fonte, for establishing and carefully nurturing the company we now proudly lead. Today, we represent both the present and future of Indústrias Reunidas Raymundo da Fonte. We must move forward, safeguard this legacy, strengthen our identity, and reinforce our credibility to grow ever more.
We recognize our people as our greatest asset, knowing full well that progress is deeply rooted in individual contribution and commitment. We transform differences into strength, for the benefit of all: each one of us is responsible for today’s success and for what lies ahead.
This is how we will continuously evolve: through serious commitment to both performance outcomes and people development. Thus, we multiply what we learned from our founder—and go beyond—attentive and eager to adopt the new mindsets demanded by changing times.
