Bar and restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Lagoinha (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist the chef in food preparation tasks such as cutting, sanitizing, and organizing ingredients. Support plating and finalization of dishes and orders. Wash, sanitize, and organize utensils, equipment, and work areas. Monitor food and ingredient expiration dates and quality. Assist in restocking products and organizing kitchen inventory. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Assist in general kitchen and support area cleaning. Support execution of simple recipes under the chef's guidance. Minimize waste and contribute to optimizing kitchen processes. Adhere to bar or restaurant quality standards and procedures. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
