Participation in continuous improvement and innovation projects Grupo SEB is hiring a **SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST**, to work at its Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage procurement and contracting demands for categories under your responsibility, ensuring achievement of targets (cost, timeline, and quality); * Develop and execute corporate procurement planning aligned with the needs of requesting departments. * Draft and manage supply contracts for categories under your responsibility, proactively overseeing renewals, negotiations for price adjustments, and contract terminations; * Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers; * Identify potential suppliers and research emerging market trends to drive innovation and optimize cost-benefit ratios; * Perform critical analysis of suppliers’ commercial proposals and quality performance. * Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers; * Participate in corporate procurement, continuous improvement, and innovation projects; * Respond to occasional third-party requests (audits, consulting firms, regulatory inspections, etc.) related to your area; * Prepare reports, generate documentation, and compile data using tools and applications; * Follow Operational Excellence procedures (KPIs, continuous improvement, PDCA, etc); * Fulfill tasks assigned by the Coordinator, organizing timelines for activity completion. * Execute emergency purchases when required, especially those potentially generating significant impact. * Propose process improvements for activities managed by the department whenever possible. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Supply Chain/Procurement. * Languages: English and Spanish (Preferred) * Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and data analytics tools is a plus. * Familiarity with the following methodologies in daily practice is desirable: Strategic Sourcing, Cost Breakdown, and Total Cost Ownership; **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * Work Modality: On-site.
