Support for Microsoft 365 tools and identity administration The construction company seeks an IT Assistant professional in São Paulo (Bela Vista). **Responsibilities:** Provide first-level technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, for hardware and software. Handle IT incident and service request tickets, including registration, tracking, and resolution. Install, configure, and update Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems on workstations. Configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices to ensure proper functionality for users. Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools, including creation, modification, and blocking of user accounts. Perform basic identity and access administration in Entra ID, following company-defined standards. Provide basic network support, including Wi-Fi and VPN connectivity, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Support Active Directory administration activities, such as user and group management, per infrastructure team guidance. Verify backup and antivirus routines on equipment, reporting any failures to the responsible team. Support videoconferencing and online meeting resources, ensuring equipment and connection stability. Update and organize the IT asset inventory, maintaining control over equipment and software usage. Document support procedures, incident resolutions, and support routines for reuse by the IT team.
