Now all we need is you behind the wheel. **Responsibilities and duties** As an **Attendant** at **FIT Group** restaurants, you’ll be the main link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * **Greet customers** attentively, warmly, and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming journey. * **Present the menu** confidently, clearly explaining dishes, combos, and daily suggestions. * **Accurately and swiftly register orders** in the system. * **Operate the cash register**, when required, responsibly and with results-oriented focus. * **Suggest additional items** consultatively to boost the store’s average ticket. **Organization and Store Support** * **Set up and prepare the dining room** before each shift: tables, utensils, beverages, and organized stations. * **Monitor expiry dates**, consumption, and restocking of dining room items. * **Support organization and cleaning** of common areas throughout the shift. * **Accompany the customer’s journey** to completion, attending to details of the experience. **Kitchen Integration** * Maintain **active and effective communication** with the kitchen to ensure timely, standardized, and high-quality deliveries. * **Assist with pickup and delivery of dishes**, contributing to operational flow efficiency. * **Alert leadership** of any inconsistencies or points requiring attention in order assembly. **Results and Experience** * Focus on **sales targets** and excellence in customer service. * **Monitor the dining room**, anticipate needs, and resolve issues swiftly. * **Contribute to a well-aligned, fluid operation** with a high standard of performance. **Requirements and qualifications** We seek a professional who identifies with our purpose and meets the following qualifications: * **Organizational values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibration**, which inspires. * **Skills:** A **communicative person**, with **active listening** and **genuine empathy** in customer service. * **Behavioral traits:** Organized, disciplined, and able to keep pace with operations. * **Knowledge:** Keen to learn **sales techniques** and contribute to team results.
